PDF Little Paula (2) (The Eden Series) read pdf I must admit I have never read any of V.C Andrews stories so I had no idea what I was getting myself into. This was a strange story with a lot of different themes and at times was a little confusing. I found myself distracted and had difficulty focusing on the story. I did however manage to finish it, if only to have some closure about what was really going on! Two young children were adopted by a woman, Mama, who wanted to raise them to have a family and live in the house with her and Daddy. I mean weird. There is a strange room in the house, creepy, that no one talks about. It starts with a birth and a terrible loss that drives Faith in everything she does. Trevor however reeks of instability and secrets. However he vows they will get there daughter back. Daddy seems like a terror and with Mama gone his girlfriend has taken over, somewhat. Basically, this very young teenager is desperate to get her baby back and will do anything to make it happen. Very little about this was appealing other than her quest to get her child back and maybe her relationship with her father. I don't want to say too much, but if you enjoy strange stories you might enjoy this one. I very rarely give a story a low review but I cannot see a way to avoid it with this one.
